Orders:

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example because of a pricing error or lack of stock, and will refund any payment taken.

Prices:

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are shown as stated at checkout.

Delivery:

See our Shipping policy. We currently deliver to the UK only.

Your legal rights:

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Governing law:

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may use your local courts.

Check two assumptions: refunds go to the original payment method, and the contract forms when dispatch is confirmed. I'd suggest a solicitor review.
