Refund and returns policy
You can return an item within 30 days. Please contact support@petlark.co with your order number to start a return, and we will tell you how to send the item back.
Items should be returned in a condition that lets us inspect them. Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the price of the item to your original payment method. We will confirm by email when the refund has been issued.
- Faulty or incorrect items:
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at support@petlark.co. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
